This item is custom made and as such we do not accept returns or provide refunds once manufacturing is underway or goods have been delivered.

If you have changed your mind or wish to adjust sizes or colours please notify us within the first 24 hours.
If goods are proven faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
For custom-made blinds please allow approximately 10 working days for manufacture.
